TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TIME TO WIN

1. “Time to Win” is a Promotion of Superior Tobacco Company Curaçao N.V (hereinafter “The Organizer”), a company domiciled in Parke Comersial Veeris 29, Curaçao. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. This Promotion is open to legal residents of Curaçao and is aimed exclusively at adult smoking participants (over eighteen (18) years of age). By voluntarily participating in this Promotion, each participant declares that he or she is an adult smoker and accepts that this will be verified before handing any prize.

3. The Promotion begins on June 26, 2024, and ends on August 27, 2024 (the "Promotion Period").

4. Participants can participate in the Promotion by depositing an open and empty pack of L&M Red, L&M Blue, L&M Forward and/or L&M Electro Fusion, with their name, ID, and phone number clearly written down with pen on the empty pack, in the promotional boxes at participating points of sale.

Participating points of sale are annexed at the end of the document.

5. There will be 60 winners of the Promotion. 15 winners will be selected biweekly in a random drawing from among all eligible entries during each two-week period. In the drawing, for each winner, three substitutes will be selected. Each drawing will be conducted on or about the following dates, for a total of 4 drawings:

• 25th of July
• 15th of August
• 29th of August
• 12th and 13th of September
• 27th of September

6. Each winner will receive an ANG100 gift card from MCB. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable.

7. Winners will be announced by newspaper and will be notified via telephone within 1 week of the drawing. The newspaper publication will include a phone number that the winners can contact to claim their prize. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted, has not called to claim their prize within 5 working days, counted from the next working day after the publication, or it is proven that he/she is not a consumer of tobacco and/or nicotine products of legal age, the first substitute will be contacted and successively until the Organization has a winner who meets all the requirements of these terms and conditions. If a suitable winner is not found, the contest will be declared void.

8. Winners will have to prove they meet the conditions of the promotion by showing their official identity document, a valid passport, and/or a legitimate document that corroborates they reside in Curaçao.

9. Winners will have to claim their prize in person at the Superior Tobacco Company Curaçao N.V offices at a previously agreed time.

10. By participating in this Promotion, the participant accepts and consents to be contacted through telephone by the Organization and that his/her/their full name appears in the newspaper publication mentioned above.

11. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion.

12. Employees of the following companies cannot participate: Superior Tobacco Company Curaçao N.V, its direct clients, its affiliated or subsidiary companies, and relatives up to the first degree in collateral, direct lines, or both, of the people who work in the aforementioned company.

13. Any personal information collected during the Promotion will be used in accordance with our Privacy Notice. By participating in this Promotion, participants acknowledge and accept the terms of said Privacy Notice. 14. The Organizer may, with objective criteria, cancel, suspend or modify this Promotion when force majeure or unforeseeable causes reasonably justify it, at any time or under any circumstance, without thereby compromising its responsibility. Any modification, suspension, or cancellation of these terms and conditions will be published through the same means of publication of these terms and conditions.
